About this product
The box most direct-to-consumer brands ship in. A tuck-front construction folds into shape without tape and opens like a lid, which is a materially better unboxing experience than cutting into a taped carton.
E-flute board is thin and smooth, so it takes print well while still giving a rigid box. Available in natural kraft or bleached white; white gives you a cleaner base for full-colour printing, kraft is cheaper and reads as more understated.
Plain now, printed later
A sensible launch sequence is to ship plain boxes with a printed sticker or a branded tape while you are validating demand, then move to printed boxes once you know which size you actually reorder. Printed runs have longer lead times and higher minimums, so committing early to the wrong size is an expensive mistake.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need tape for these?
No. The front tuck holds the box closed. Most brands add a branded sticker or a strip of tape across the tuck as a tamper-evident seal rather than for structural reasons.
Kraft or white?
White gives a cleaner base for full-colour print and photography; kraft is cheaper and reads as more understated. If you plan to print heavy solid colours, white avoids the kraft brown shifting your ink.
What is the minimum for printed boxes?
It depends on the print method — normally 500 for flexo and higher for litho lamination. Send your artwork and target quantity through the custom packaging form and we will quote both routes so you can compare.
Can these ship on their own or do they need an outer box?
E-flute mailer boxes are designed to ship as the outer parcel. For heavier or higher-value contents some brands ship them inside a plain shipping carton so the printed box arrives unmarked.
