We supply packaging in bulk only. This page sets out the minimum, how the pricing works, how freight and payment are handled, and what happens after you place an order — so there are no surprises after you have committed.

Every product page publishes the full data sheet — material, internal dimensions, board grade, weight, colour and disposal route — plus the sizes we hold. The full catalogue puts all of it on one page if you would rather compare side by side.

The minimum order is 1,000 units on every product. Type a quantity and the unit price and order total update immediately — no account, no waiting for a callback. The price falls at each quantity break shown in the table.
Add to cart and check out
Guest checkout is fine; an account only exists to make reordering faster. You give us a delivery address and a contact, and choose how you want to pay.
We confirm stock, freight and the total
You get an order number straight away and nothing is charged. We confirm the goods are available, price the freight against your actual address, and email you the confirmed total.
We send the payment details, you pay
The details arrive by email, quoting your order number, for the method you chose. You pay and send us the reference.
We dispatch and send you tracking
Goods leave once payment clears — never before. You get the carrier reference by email, and the order stays in your account with a downloadable invoice.

Two ways to pay, and how the details reach you
Nothing is charged on this website. You tell us how you want to pay when you order, and we send the details for that method by email once we have confirmed your total.
Bank transfer
We email our bank details and a proforma invoice quoting your order number. Goods are dispatched once the transfer clears.
International transfers usually clear in 1–3 working days. Please quote your order number as the payment reference so we can match it quickly.
Crypto — USDT
We email a USDT deposit address and the exact amount, quoting your order number. Goods are dispatched once the transaction confirms.
Tell us your preferred network in the order notes (for example TRC-20 or ERC-20) and we will send an address on that network. Confirmation is usually minutes.
Crypto — BTC
We email a BTC address and the exact amount, quoting your order number. Goods are dispatched once the transaction confirms.
The BTC amount is fixed against your order total at the time we send the details and held for a short window, because the rate moves.
How to know the payment details really came from us.
- They arrive by email after you have placed an order, and they quote your order number.
- We never publish bank details or wallet addresses anywhere on this website.
- We never ask for card numbers, card details, or a payment before an order exists.
- We will never contact you to say our bank details have changed mid-order.
If you receive payment details any other way, or anything differs from the above, contact us before you send anything.

Minimum order value is the goods cost of 1,000 units at the entry tier, excluding freight and any tax. It falls per unit as the quantity rises. Prices marked as a planning estimate on the product page are our working figures until a supplier quotation is verified.
Questions
The things buyers ask us first
Why is the minimum 1,000 units?
We are a bulk supplier. Below about a thousand units the setup, handling and freight cost per unit swamps the goods cost, and the price stops meaning anything. Holding a firm minimum is what keeps the published prices where they are. If you need less than 1,000, we are not the right supplier for you and we would rather say so now than waste your time.
Do you send free samples?
No. We do not supply samples, free or paid. Your first order of 1,000 units is the trial — that is the smallest quantity we ship. To make that decision safe, we publish the complete specification of every product rather than asking you to take a photograph on trust. If something you need to know is not on the page, ask us before you order and we will tell you.
What counts as a "unit"?
Whatever the buyer counts, and it is stated on every product. A mailer, a box, a wrap, a roll, a sheet, a metre or a label. So 1,000 metres of void-fill paper is a little over two rolls, and 1,000 labels is two rolls of 500 — both are a 1,000-unit minimum. We do it this way because 1,000 rolls of paper and 1,000 poly mailers are not remotely comparable orders.
How does the quantity pricing work?
A tier applies from its quantity upward until the next one begins. If the table shows 2,500 at one price and 5,000 at a lower one, then 3,000 units are charged at the 2,500 rate. Check the gap before you order: when a break is steep, the larger quantity sometimes costs less in total.
When do you quote instead of selling online?
Above the "quoted from" figure shown on each product. At that scale the price depends on your delivery location and how we consolidate the shipment, so a published number would be a guess. A quote normally comes in below the published tier — it is not a way of charging you more.
How much is delivery?
Quoted against your consignment and address, not charged as a flat rate. At a thousand units and up you are into pallet freight, where a flat rate would either lose us money or overcharge you. You approve the delivery cost before you pay anything.
Can I mix products to reach the minimum?
No — the 1,000-unit minimum applies per product, because each one is produced or picked separately. You can of course order several products on one order, and doing so usually reduces the freight per unit because the consignment consolidates.
Do you do custom sizes and printing?
Yes, quoted separately. Minimums for printed work are higher than for stock lines because of the setup, and lead times are longer. Send your dimensions, quantity and artwork through the custom packaging form and we will price it — a sketch is enough to quote from, you do not need finished artwork.
What if the goods arrive damaged or short?
Check the delivery on arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier before you sign. Tell us within the period set out in our returns policy, with photographs and your order number, and we will put it right at our cost.
