Mailers

Mailers are the cheapest way to ship anything that is not fragile and does not need a rigid box — clothing, textiles, accessories, printed matter and most soft goods. Choosing the right mailer is usually a trade‑off between cost per unit, the protection your product needs, and the impression you want the customer to have when the parcel lands.

We stock four families: standard poly mailers for the lowest cost per parcel, recycled poly for brands that want a lower-impact option without changing their packing process, compostable mailers where the end-of-life story matters, and kraft paper or bubble mailers where the product needs a little cushioning.

How to choose a mailer

• Soft goods, no cushioning needed — a 2.5 mil poly mailer is normally enough.
• Semi-rigid or lightly fragile — a bubble mailer or padded kraft mailer.
• Books, prints, framed items — a book wrap from our boxes range holds the item flat.
