The workhorse padded envelope. A kraft paper outer bonded to a polyethylene bubble lining gives you meaningful shock absorption in a package that still goes through a letterbox in the smaller sizes.

Frequently asked questions
Bubble mailer or kraft paper mailer?
Bubble gives slightly better shock absorption per millimetre and costs less. Kraft paper mailers are a single material and go straight into kerbside paper recycling. If your customers care about disposal, the paper version is the better answer; if raw protection per cent is the priority, bubble wins.
What do the # sizes mean?
It is an industry numbering convention rather than a standard — #000 is the smallest at about 4 × 8 in, rising to #5 at about 10.5 × 16 in. The millimetre dimensions are listed against each size above so you can check against your product.
Can these go through a letterbox?
The #000 and #0 sizes usually can, depending on the thickness of the contents and your carrier’s letterbox gauge. Anything from #2 upward should be treated as a parcel.
